Bedard files his Sunday notes which leads off with some thoughts on the Wes Welker contract situation where he doesn't feel that it will affect his performance on the field.  Bedard also questions the notion that "the Patriots are to blame", which seems to be held among a number of fans who are frustrated that a deal wasn't made before the deadline.
