While not my first choice, i'm advocating for Brian Flores to get an interview with the NEP.

I don't care about the whole suing the NFL issue.

I respect the hell out of him.

Did a great job here as DC.

After starting 0-7 in 2019 he finished 24-18. Ross fires him because he didn't "collaborate".

Rebuilt his brand in Pitt and especially MN.

Need to understand what he would do differently based on his time in MIA.

Why not?

Here's another one for the eventual Patriots HC search megathread lol.

They couldn't interview him right now anyway right? He's in the playoffs.

I admit....I called him and told him to say that.

I believe the correct answer would have been that he's focused on getting ready for the Rams.

Would have made more sense last season before hiring Mayo for reasons unknown

Never understood why him and Tua had issues

I thought I read he thought Tua was too small with not enough arm strength....could be wrong though.

I think this is not a good hiring circle for Flores. A lot of offensive guys out there
I love Flores but I admit I’ll be disappointed if he is the choice compared to the other names. Have we even requested a interview?

Tua claims Flores was overly critical of his play and did not provide a positive coaching environment. He also did not appreciate Flores pulling in in favor of Fitzmagic.

Id be happy with any of Vrabel, Johnson, or Flores.

I think Vrabel is the best choice at this point, but Flores would provide a similar amount of toughness and experience.

I think we need to take a hard look at Flo.

He needs to address how things went sideways in Miami.

I think he should be considered a solid candidate.

I think he should be considered a solid candidate too, for the Raiders

The Patriots should be interested in Flores, wherever he goes great defense follows.

With a good offensive mind like Daboll as OC and Drake Maye they'd have all they need outside of personnel.

Daboll is staying in NY

I'd say a meddling owner was the biggest thing that went sideways in Miami... the Krafts should address how things went sideways.

Daboll is staying at new york, right? he hasn't been let go has he?
