I am not contradicting myself at all.
The determination of who is best qualified is in the hands of the person making the decision.
There are numerous criteria that at some level contribute to that decision including:
-Experience and track record
-knowledge and intelligence
-ability to communicate vision
-leadership skills
-schematic knowledge
-ability to bring in assistants
-ability to evaluate players
-commitment
-goals
-plan you formulate for the path to success for the franchise
-fit with the make up of the roster
-fit with the stage of development of the team
-salary demands
-ability to work with management
Just to name a few

There is no one most qualified in every way. So the idea that you can determine who is most qualified for a particular job is beyond ridiculous.
Again, you're making the point for the lawsuit. That's why they seek to put in place clear criteria to bring transparency to the process. You're basically saying there shouldn't be any criteria, it's whomever the owner wants. They are almost always white dudes, many times less qualified than other candidates.

There are several studies that have addressed these issues but you're only interested in peddling your uneducated lazy takes of whites being under attack.

So it is about black history month this is embarrassing
No, it's about them not giving a F*ck. You pick the month. Your reading comprehension needs work my friend.

Forget it. No one's going sway this good old boys club gang.

He's at the center of the biggest discrimination lawsuit in NFL history.
Remember the media is ALL in for Flores winning this thing no matter how ridiculous his claims are.
He isn't the center. Are you an idiot?

36% of all NFL coaches are black meaning if you are one of the 9% who choose to coach you are 4 times more likely to be doing it at the NFL level. Seems pretty inclusionary to me.
I gather you slept through your stats class.

There is no such thing as clear criteria to choose who you want to run your business. There are far too many variables.
Why wouldn’t the guy making the decision and being financially responsible for it not use his own criteria.

Your underlying disgusting attitude is that white guys own teams and anyone who is white is racist.

Of course whites are under attack you meathead. This is about a lawsuit that says white owners run a plantation atmosphere look down from their luxury boxes and promote, encourage and enact a racist culture to hold down the black man. That is an attack.

And the facts are black men who coach are significantly more highly represented in the NFL than anywhere else. The NFL is the most progressive football organization in the would in terms of the opportunity offered to black coaches. 9.4% of football coaches are black. 36% of NFL coaches are black. How in the would can that represent discrimination?

50% of the teams in the AFC have recently had a minority HC
32% of the teams in the NFC have recently had a minority HC
That equals 41% of the league.
Stats for dummies.

Is that how you found your job, with Zippia? Lmao
The response of someone who realizes every argument they made just went down the drain.

This is why the left has resorted to censorship of opposing views in forums and the media they control. Their ideas cannot stand up to scrutiny in honest debate and it is very obvious to someone reading both sides and forming an opinion.
You poor thing.

I posted a study earlier tonight that shows 9.4% of American football coaches are black.
In fact the percentage of black people who choose a coaching career is lower, not higher than their proportion of the population. Black people are 24% less likely to choose football coaching as a professional that non black people. (12.4% pop; 9.4% of coaches)
So using the % of population is actually overstating the expected % based upon the pool of football coaches.
Lmao, you didn't post a study at all.

Lmao, you didn't post a study at all.
Of course I did. I posted the racial (as well as other demographic) breakdown of football coaches in America.
Of course since it conflicts with your misperception of reality you dismiss it.
Feel free to find a different report

This thread could be exhibit A in a slam dunk defense against Flores lawsuit.

The lawsuit itself states that in average 17% of the positions in the nfl they identified (hc, gm, dc, oc, stc, QBc) are currently filled by black people, with many still open.
This means football coaches are represented at these highest levels at almost double their proportion to the total
of football coaches. (9.4% of football coaches are black)
Black people are 24% less likely to choose to become football coaches and are 12.4% of the population.
The NFLs efforts to encourage minority hiring and promote diversity have resulted in the NFL total coaching staffing to be 36% black almost 4 times the representation of all other organizations that employ football coaches.

That pretty much closes the case.
Dude, stick to selling shower curtain rings.

Yup big talker until facts enter the discussion then you have nothing but personal attacks. You are clowning yourself now.

Ahh yessss. Finally, the truth comes out. Good, good.

I know it’s not HC, but Anthony Lynn just got hired to be assistant HC in San Francisco. I think he’ll be the OC if Miami hires their current OC.
