Sad to see BB's legacy ripped apart like this

Im sorry things have become so bad for you. Perhaps try relaxing and having interests beyond Patriot negativity.
Actually, things are going pretty well these days :::::knocking on wood:::::. Thanks for your concern though.

I'm not negative about the Pats. I'm concerned about them and I wasn't willing to take a chance betting on them, even against the jete at -7. In hindsight, I should have realized that Bill would want to rub the jete noses in the dirt one more time. He has a penchant for holding grudges and that's a big one in his mind.

@1960Pats doing his typical thing this morning and going after Bill...

If that's the case then how would we define the opposite move of letting the greatest QB the game has ever seen walk away when he has a whole lot more left in the tank, which is what's actually happening right before our eyes?

After seeing how Brady has performed since Bob and Bill showed him the door it's pretty clear that it was a mistake, no matter how many excuses fans try to make for the worst blunder in the history of Boston sports.
I’ve already explained that.

You arent negative about the Patriots? Seriously?

Somehow you are trying to take you being as wrong as anyone could be about that game and even turn that into a negative about the team.
You weren’t willing to bet because you don’t know much, not because your opinion is an expert judgment.

Who opens a thread the morning after a 54-13 win against the Jets with manufactured, bullsh*t gripes about Belichick holding grudges and dumping Brady?

It's the segment of the fanbase that is still upset at Bill that Brady is in Tampa...1960Pats is one of them.

There have been plenty of intelligent, probing questions that were answered with a blah "we already covered that." Not all in the media are pond scum and plenty of HCs can answer questions without being a d!ickhead. Bill is clearly not one of those.

I said it awhile ago and i think it still holds true.. i give Bill 3-5 years to turn this team back into a contender, otherwise I could see Kraft moving on. A lot of Bill's persona and handling of the media etc he gets away with because he's been so successful. If he starts to lose or put together more 7-9, 8-8 seasons his act is going to grow old fast

I doubt Bill gets that long. I think he has 2 seasons tops to get to the playoffs.

I think he has 3-5 years tops, no matter what. If the Pats somehow win the AFC I think he will call it a career sooner than that.

So many good teams in the AFC but honestly, I don't see a powerhouse. Things are setting up nice for the Pats to progress and become one of the top 5-7 teams eventually.

So after a 2 decade run including 16 division titles, 13 conference championships, 9SB berths, and 6 SB wins, he only has 2 more seasons to prove himself again?

It's the anti Belichick crowd who must have felt like yesterday's game equated to having a root canal

Well, that was all Brady. The rubber meets the road now...

No he just has to win a superbowl without Brady. Should not be too hard.

So all those years with Brady, he gets no credit and all the credit goes to Brady?

Anyone looking for the Baldwin discussion, I moved all of those posts out of here since it has nothing to do with this thread. All 36 posts can be found here:

I don't think it's a "prove it" thing. Bill has nothing to prove (of course the anti-BB crowd will say he does and they can go pound sand)

I've also said BB has 2 years to make this a playoff team but it has more to do with the work necessary/more time needed and BB's age.

I think if Kraft sees it trending upward he'll let BB do his thing.
