Brady Sr. Says what I’ve been saying all along.

Tom Sr. continues to imply Tom left because of Bill and/or because Bill didn’t want him back. What’s the controversy here? Tom left because of Bill. Not because of money, salary cap, hating Boston, selling out, cherry picking a better roster, Florida weather, etc. Of course TB Sr. and AG are a reflection of Tom’s own thoughts.

i don’t think Bill wanted him here……I just want to know the moment Bill decided that…..I wonder if deflategate is what triggered Bill.

Highly doubt it. All of Brady’s comments/testimony are unsealed. Brady actually turned down an offer to blame the organization. There’s really not much there to think Deflategate caused any split. The whole thing was ridiculous.

I think there’s so much smoke from numerous reporters about what drove them apart: Brady wanting a more laid back approach as he aged, Alex Guerrero and BB in a power struggle over fitness and players choices, and BB probably being overruled by Kraft about Jimmy.

I mean anyone with a brain knew this Brady was asking for extensions for how many years now

It is extremely likely that the book coming out is going to have a narrative slant that not only was Belichick more responsible for the teams success but that Brady was the primary instigator for why things deteriorated to a point we they’ll allege HE wanted out first. And Brady and his people are PISSED because that’s a bunch of crap. Hence the PR campaign.

Just because you don’t know what happened doesn’t mean nothing happened…..Brady’s not going to put himself because of his brand and BB doesn’t say anything because he doesn’t say anything….but it is possible that the player cost the coach/GM a 1st round pick

Another likely factor: Brady's frustration with the roster and realizing it wasn't going to change significantly to his liking in the short term. Not only getting the players he wanted skill-wise, but also guys who were smart and dedicated enough to keep up mentally with his sophisticated approach to the passing game. It wasn't for lack of trying on BB's part, but things just didn't work out in that area and Tom got a bit petulant/diva-ish near the end. Gronkowski was gone, Edelman was wearing out, Sanu didn't meet expectations, Harry was a huge disappointment and AB couldn't behave long enough to stick. Meanwhile, no adequate replacement at TE.

I'm sure Brady understood the Pats didn't have cap space for significant upgrades in 2020 and it wouldn't surprise me to learn Tampa came to him early, before his New England exit was finalized, promising the moon along with AB, Gronk, etc. He probably had Guerrero in one ear saying Arians' comparatively loose approach and basing in Florida would benefit the TB12 brand, along with the chance for added exposure via on-field success. Then he had Gisele in the other ear pleading for no more Northeast winters. It could be that leaving the Patriots was just as much Tom's doing as BB's, if not more so.

LOL Alex Guerroro chimes in...apparently Brady wanted to be treated differently than the other 52 guys on the roster. Guerrero says 40-year-olds should be treated differently, but I think the reality is Brady wanted GOAT status with Belichick (i.e., I'm the GOAT, treat me different than the others).

Not surprising that as always you're completely full of sh!!t

And Bill's defenses were responsible for 4 of Tom's rings...BIll should be the one rubbing it in
Bill's defenses or lack thereof cost us the 3 losses more like it.

What's the matter, do you not like reading articles making Brady look bad? And I never cried directly to Ian. He was sick of Bradyites like you. If I posted the Guerrero article on the mainboard, it would get moved here. In any event, this article has to do with Tom's time here in NE. Your Gronkaneers thread has to do with your team, the Bucs.
LMAO, not directly but you cried.

Just admit you like coming over here to get gang banged Timmy.

I've never said BB is perfect but the equivalancy you're attempting to draw here doesn't fit this discussion. When has BB ever employed surrogates to execute a grievance campaign? I can't think of any but maybe you can.
Rumors he's source behind Wickersham's upcoming book.

Like I said, I never claimed BB was perfect. But the rare examples you conjured weren't on the record for public consumption, his Freddie Mitchell jibe -- which was well deserved -- being a possible exception (I'll have to look that up). You're smarter than to suggest Tom Sr. and Guerrero are out there barking without Tom's foreknowledge and likely blessing.
Yeah because Brady has nothing else going on except telling his dad and trainer to go stir **** up. Brady is kind of worrying about the next game not stupid drama **** the media and fans eat up. They are grown men, they can talk on their own, so can Brady.

Go back through the thread. Ashley and Deus were at it long before I got involved. I mentioned that Honk appeared sexist (admittedly I was wrong) and Ashley decided to ban him. She did that on her own and could have done her own research as to the word's meaning instead of relying on me. And yes, the thread got shut down shortly thereafter, but like I said it went to hell long before that. Ian hardly shuts down threads due to one member.
You're a scumbag.

Arians could be a clown but the fact is that even without Brady, he has a winning record as a HC
Uh you do know he had Peyton, Ben, Palmer as his QB's too. Lets not act like he walked some scrub to the promise land or something.

BB doesn't say anything during his pressers........he doesn't say anything anytime.

The Brady camp won't get a response from BB regardless of what they say, and that's going to burn them up until BB has enough and he outs Brady for deflategate
If you actually believe deflategate was a thing, you are pretty stupid. No offense.

Well, I would say...

2001- Top-rated defense, meh offense

2003 - Top-rated defense, meh offense

2004 - Top-rated defense, Top-rated offense

2014 - Top-rated defense, Top-rated offense

2016- Top-rated defense, top-rated offense

2018 - Top-rated defense, meh offense

I would say the bolded years above were more defense than offense. However, the defense came to play in all super bowl years while the offense did not.
Really. came to play huh? So you didnt watch the superbowl in 03? You think 2016 was about the defense? Like I told your other post name, if you want to act like a pats fan to troll here, then you need to learn about the games the pats played in.

Right because you could tell your Dad what to say and how to act when you were 40. Come on man, Tom's Dad is a lunatic.

Guerrero probably isn't wrong. Pretty much everyone kniws that Bill is a monumental azzhole.

Amazing how posters who whined and complained about Brady fans brigading the main forum now come running to the forum set up to discuss him.
Always works that way. Weird huh. The more success Brady has away from this team, the more mad they are going to get.
