Anyone else stoked for the matchup against Brady and the Bucs?

You're a honk who has no real concept of neutral observation when it comes to this team. That's fine, and the board is well served by having an array of default positions among the posters, but the claim that you're being neutral is laughable.
I think she means she's neutral in the BB Brady debate, she's obviously a homer as well as a lot of others on the board including me.

a honk, not even sure what that means, but I'm guessing that is an insult. I wasn't trying to be nasty or disrespectful to you in any way, just some fun banter back and forth. Thank you for the insult.
Category, not insult

Homer/honk

And don't play the victim after you were trying to denigrate my fandom earlier.

When you're calling the 2020 Texans a better team than the 2020 Patriots, in an effort to buttress the argument that the Patriots overachieved, you're not being neutral.

I'm not playing anything, I don't like to be insulted or called names. Nobody on here deserves that and I won't put up with it. So goodbye.

You know I love you Kontra, but we'll disagree on this one....I could qb that Tampa team to 10 wins with all their talent on both sides of the ball.
Any HC who would have Brady for 20 years would be considered the GOAT HC right now. You see, it works both ways, I can too work with hypothetical to make a point.

Brady carried Bill, Brady carried Arians and Brady would have carried any HC he had.

Half of them are trolls with absurd takes.

Its fine to support the laundry. We all do.

Half of the arguments here are the type of arguments I would read from a Jets board who want to crap on Belichick/Patriots. I had a feeling one was going to be crapped on by the national media and other fan bases depending on who was going to do well without the other. I just didn't expect it to come from posters here. Truly bizzarre.

I hope you're not comparing Bill to Arians as far as coaches go.

Time to toss some gas onto this fire…

BB drafted, developed and promoted the 6th rd pick no one wanted.

You're wrong. BB made Brady and made the Patriots organization. The best pick Kraft ever had was the 1st rder for BB. Greatest trade in sports history and it's not close.

It's great you just started following the Patriots in the last 10 years, but some of us were following the whole time.

It's all in fun, don't take it seriously.

You keep saying this. Bill is a defensive head coach. To make it out like Bill created this thing and Brady just went along for the ride, is one of the most stupid things I have ever heard. Fact of the matter is, if Brady did not go to the pats Bill would probably not be the coach of the pats today. In Bill's book, he said he thought he was going to be fired after the 2000 season when they went 5-11, then they started the year 0-2. Then Bledsoe went down. Brady came in, went 11-3 and they won the superbowl and the rest is history. Davey didnt come in, Huard didnt come in, Brady came in. He never gave up the job. The Patriots drafted 10 QB's since then. None took his job, none had Bill magic dust sprinkled on them. You are literally taking every thing away from the player as if they had nothing to do with their success.

No, but the Brady effect sure did change how people saw arians. Its amazing what winning does.

Can we all at least agree that Tom Sr. Is an ass who had repeatedly embarrassed Tom Jr. with his stupid outbursts. All I’ve ever seen from Tom Jr., BB, and Kraft is the conventional “professional courtesy” that most of us learn in high school if not earlier. Actually from what I can discern 100% of this crap comes from Tom Sr., and as usual his partner in attention whoring is the no-longer-credible Tom Curran/Prentice McCray.

It's all in fun, don't take it seriously.

No I don't take this seriously. I imagine the Brady boys probably view Brady like how this video depicts Bruschi

What I don't understand is why have so many people turn on the people still representing the laundry for someone who doesn't?
Rooting for the team is fine, I just dont understand why you have to bash a player that is the greatest player in the team you root for history. A player that always took less than others made for the team, the player that did everything he was told, that went above and beyond what a player is asked to do, and became the greatest NFL player of all time who had the gall to leave a team that didnt want him and then in an act of betrayel....won on another team. I promise you do not have to hate players if they leave the team, its not a requirement of being a fan.
