They need to pressure with 4 or possibly even 3...and then contain Mahomes instead of an overly aggressive blitz. Players have referenced this in practice.

That would allow them to play more nickel and dime.
Easier said than done of course.

But yes. This is the only way TB can win imo. They won't win a shootout.

There isn't an "only" way. The Chiefs are not invincible and your entire fanbase are out of their minds. Of course you may win but the way you talk leads to a certain conclusion that if you lose there will be excuses. Close for only a quarter? How arrogant can you be.

KC is not in another talent class. You Chiefs fans seem to think this is a “they only have a prayer” game for TB. I‘ve seen it all over your message board.

The spread is 3 points. Two multi-million dollar bets from sharps on the Bucs.

KC’s win streak (26 of 27 I think) is amazing, but the scoreboard will reset to 0-0 with two closely matched teams. It’s very likely to be a nail biter. Can’t imagine Mahomes or Brady getting beaten into submission when both are so great at coming back.

One is actually not even close to the other.
Brady nearly had 2 SB wins at age 25.

I believe he had just turned 26 a few months prior to the Carolina SB. Though I may be mistaken.

It's incredible to note that Brady has had a Hall of fame career between 40 and 43. All Pro. 1 SB win (Possibly 2). 1 SB runner up (Possibly 2). 2017 MVP. Obviously few more Pro Bowl nods.

In otherwords, if Brady became a starting NFL QB at the start of the 2017 season, and retired tomorrow, he would be a first ballot HOFer. That's just insane.

I get what you mean. But dominating TOP will tired out the Bucs D. And leave less opportunities for Brady.
KC doesn't come across to me as a TOP type team.

True...still impressive though. I personally won’t undermine Mahomes’ achievements solely because he isn’t a Patriot. I actually like the kid. He’s just naturally great & doesn’t come off like a simpleton.

I'm a Chiefs fan and love the fact that a week after his 1st SB win he said: "Time to get back to work". I guarantee you he will celebrate tonight if he wins. But tomorrow morning his mind will be on "SB # 3".

I think our team wouldn't be as disliked if it weren't for a certain player wearing 10. Honestly I'm not a fan of the person. But obviously I love what he provides as a player.

The cash register rang up $7.77 at the grocery store yesterday. It was an omen to form this game thread.

Lets go Tom and win this thing.
7th ring on the 7th. Green Day played for the NFL honors last night. They also played the opening night in 2005 at the banner ceremony before the game celebrating the Pats and Brady's 3rd.

41-24 Chiefs.

Bucs back end doesn't match up well with our speed receivers.

We do have injuries on our line. But Mahomes ability to escape pressure and throw on the run is second to none.
Shouldnt you be on a chiefs board? Lol

Which cost them against New England two years ago. Remember when they tired the game up with a quick strike to Hill? I knew we messed up because we left NE too much time to go the other way.

Mahomes is a very special player and is worthy of the hype, win or lose today.

The Chiefs have a good team around him but not a great one. He was the best player this year and should have won MVP...penalized because he went into cruise control for wrapping up the conference with a few weeks left, and for not stat padding like Rodgers.

Mahomes reminds me a lot of Brady in his approach to the game, even if their styles are quite different.

Rooting for Brady.

At the same time, if I see Brady raise the Lombardi then I'll have a moment of white hot rage towards Bill. Even though I've been a Bill supporter

There's a Jets fan in here and another Chiefs fan. And I've seen Pats fans on Chiefsplanet.

It's just a game. No matter if my team wins tonight. Or your guy (Brady) wins tonight. We will still have to get up and go to work and face this world we are in.

In otherwords, it should all be in fun. 5 days a week life is too serious.

Is there any true great teams anymore? Juggernauts? The 90's Cowboys and 03 and 04 Patriots may be the last.

The difference between best and worst in this league is thinner than it once was.

Ok, but why are you here right now? We're not the Buccs and Tom Brady ain't our QB. It's like visiting the Colts forum for the SB after Peyton Manning went to the Broncos. What the hell's the point?

No...not really. Teams are lucky to have a few Hall Of Fame players for a year or two before its wrecked by free agency.

Tom Brady is your QB. Maybe he isn't wearing a Pats jersey tonight. But all of New England I'm sure will be cheering him on.

What's the point of any fan being on a message board? I wouldn’t say such things to Pats fans on Chiefs Planet currently.

We have the best board to debate this game even compared to a Buccaneers forum. They actually suck. The majority of Pats fans here root for Brady still and are fairly passionate about him getting his 7th. I can't blame a Chiefs fan for being here where everyone is talking about this game
