Tom Brady Tweets Out His Support For Antonio Brown

Agree with half of this, but Kraft is a weak coward. I like that Brady can look past that to appreciate the things Kraft has done for him, but I don't think that makes Kraft worthy of respect.
So Kraft is a bad person?

Brady. He has nothing to lose. His track record is impeccable. AB? disposable. So no risk to TB12.

Not being worthy of respect doesn’t mean he’s a bad person. The world isn’t split between Noble Peace Prize winners and convicted felons. Plenty of room inbetween.

What's with all of the Brady bashing? He's been gone what, a couple of weeks? He spent 20 years here and did pretty well for us.

Apparently, Brady had AB stay with him when he first arrived and they developed some sort of bond. Maybe Brady is trying to help the guy AND play with him again. Why is that such a bad thing?

God DAMN Bob Kraft to hell for how he tore this team apart by releasing this poor lost soul

He didn't release him, his contract was up.

Oh, Brown. :D

Quoth Eminem,

You mention me, millions of views, attention in news
I mention you, lose-lose for me, win-win for you

You made my point. Thanks

Brown is nuts, flat out. But the Pats got pressured by SI and mediots feeding off of that article. For an example of what went down, watch the latest season of that terrible show “Ballers”. It looks pretty damn close of what rumors were circulating regarding his release.

Had the Pats ignored it, it would’ve gone away...kind of like Bob’s tug job and Chung being accused of being a drug kingpin.

The Patriots didn't release him after the article. They stuck with him.

They released him the very day that he threatened a women's children on twitter.

Gisele said one of the things she likes about Tom is his naivete.
I believe Brady thinks he can help AB.

I think AB needs professional help/medication. He ain't right.

We have ungrateful people in here it’s sad, people were right about some pats fans. Really pisses me off, I wish Brady went to Buffalo and spanked us for 2-3 years

I don’t think I could handle brady in Buffalo.

Kraft is weak in his response authority figures and their whims. But he also does valuable humanitarian work that appears to have genuine motives.

Let's just say Kraft like to lend others a hand as much as he likes when others lend him one.

The last time I checked, people have been grateful for the team's success for twenty years. And that gratitude extends to Brady more than any other player.

I'm not sure what is wrong with a team and player parting ways when their priorities and salary expectations differed. It is a business and that's that. I don't think we need to hire a group of mourners to wail continuously for the next twelve months that poor Tommy is gone.

We are all sad to some degree. But there is no reason to bash one another for not doing enough crying. Heck, we've got plenty of other stuff going on in the world that deserve socially distanced tears more than Tom's migration to alligator land.

That last sentence is one hell of a crazy reach.

The Pats also parted ways with Richard Seymour years ago and the discussion about that move went on for a very long time.

Just recently a member here started a thread wondering why we don't hear more about Lawyer Milloy, even though he's been gone for 17 years.

Wes Welker leaving was also discussed, even though he wasn't nearly as successful here as TB.

We STILL talk about Drew being traded.

Although I wouldn't root against the Pats, I can understand how @carmelo15 feels about this. The ink is barely dry on TB's new contract. After 20 years and 6 SB wins, the last only 14 months ago, he deserves better.

Btw, the only people I see crying are those who don't want to hear another word about Tom Brady.

Avocados and 37 gallons of water a day would fix AB right up.

At the very least he would be spending so much time in the bathroom he wouldn't have time to get into trouble :D

Which reminds me. What is this a picture of?View attachment 26710

That's a man wearing Irish handcuffs.

personally, being at least half Irish with red hair, I find these jokes to be pretty funny. But I can’t help noticing the obvious double standard in terms of tolerance of these versus other types of ethnic humor these days.

I actually thought about that when I posted that joke, but it's one of my favorite Irish jokes and I couldn't resist. It seemed appropriate to the post to which I was responding also.

I don't think Irish jokes are more common than blonde jokes, Italian jokes or Polish jokes. It's probably due to the fact that you're Irish that you hear so many. My favorite of all though is women jokes. Wanna hear one of those? I know a real knee-slapper.
