Masks won't matter if your healthy.

We need to give masks to our healthy healthcare workers.

Makes complete sense.

I'm Asian and it is super normal for east asians to wear a mask outdoors whether they're sick or not in times like this just like Sars and h1n1. You should wear a mask as you might be asymptomatic. But you only need one. Stanford published a paper saying you can sterilize your mask in an oven. 160F for 30mins or 10mins over water vapor.
Yea I just use a ski mask like this. They're probably not sold out on Amazon or online stores. I throw it in the washing machine afterwards. Looks cooler than a standard blue mask too.

We’ve been wearing bandanas. Not from any illusion that it’ll help us but instead to lower the chance we will transmit it if we are unknowingly infected.

Yes and also saw several do the same plus have gloves on while at Target

Soap is more important right now than all the missing disinfectants like hydrogen peroxide and alcohol. Soap and water work perfectly on covid because of its sticky structure, and there's no run on bar soap. There's a thousand kinds available online and no price gouging as with tp, and disinfectants.

I wear no mask (have none) but I do think it offers some protection in the same way of locking a door with a cheap lock does. It makes it harder for the thief or virus to enter. Even a bandana might protect you a little if you happen to walk into some thick indoor air containing a few droplets--better to get one at your eyes and 14 on your mask than take in all 15.

In all seriousness, I wear a mask. I also wash my hands like 50 times a day.

Careful, they might give you a hard time if you go in with the mask AND that blade :D

Lol. I know. It was for Halloween. I wasn't willing to put in much of an effort.

Nah. I’m not an Asian tourist. Besides, unless you get the right kind, it’s pointless. I am wearing gloves and using sanitizer though.

I don’t go out much, but me and the wife do use a mask and have gloves when we do. Luckily, I had all that stuff from refinishing the man cave recently. I actually wore them two weeks ago and was surprised that we weren’t the only ones.

I do carry a small bottle of purell in case I have to touch a screen or similar activity.

In all the madness, nobody is thanking the super market cashiers and baggers who have to deal with the difficult personalities that this crisis has brought out while being paid peanuts. I hear Costco is paying it's employees 2 bucks an hour extra in a lump sum for every hour they work during the crisis

Yeah, I feel really bad for them.

That's one job I wouldn't want right now, fortunately at my local market its mostly young people who are better at fighting it. I would tell the older employees to stay home.

I stopped going into stores.....I go where I can call in an order, pull up, they put it in the trunk

I get home, and one item at a time, I wipe it down with Clorox wipes, and hand them to my wife who brings them into the house

all these years you've been alive you laughed at the poor OCD schleps as they walked by dodging lines in the sidewalk...and now? Look at you...all Rainman in da back of the bus...:D

guy walks in a bank today and strolls up to the teller..."give me all the cash or I'll cough and sneeze on you!" he growls. Teller gives him 50 grand.Police are currently looking for 50 million suspects....
