I hear you, man.I'd rather have a little light heartedness at this time when the media is doing nothing but showing images of people going nuts at Walmart like it's the apocalypse.

And we thought what Brady did was important.
I qualify for the "60 and over" risk. I reason with Tunescribes posts regarding food consumption and exercise often. I sometimes think I can handle someone "40 or under", LOL. Make sure your sanitizing your iPhone as it is part of your hands.I've seen that those "60 and over" are at higher risk BUT I would say that 60 is very different for a lot of people. A 60 year old who goes to the gym and uses a treadmill or elliptical for 30-45 minutes 3-4 x per week and is on no medications is a younger 60 and likely ( hopefully) to better weather the storm than a 60 year old obese uncontrolled diabetic with hypertension, COPD ( chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), sleep apnea who looks much older....
I may not agree with the Senator from Texas' politics but if you see my post quoting some Jimmy Buffet lyrics that I also add "or, no?" because the truth is not known.
Idiots.
It all starts and ends with leadership.
A competent president or even majority leader would have compelled attendance in order to establish quorum, under threat of arrest (this would be carried out by the Sergeant at Arms of the Senate).

That’s why I love BB.

Many of these poo-poo heads are entitled, on the gravy train ,out of touch with their constituents and form-fit to the buerocratic machine they have no clue what to do.It stands to reason senators by the very nature of their responsibilities should reasonably be expected to exhibit leadership and dedication to the public to they serve in a time of crisis. Seems to me enough of them should have seen their duty clearly enough to already be 'at their posts' without being compelled to do so.

Then you can make the same comment towards a bunch of people on this forum for judging based on the eye test. But you picked on me, so it's pretty clear you are doing because of politics.
You haven’t met the woman who claims to love me.Drop the persecution complex buddy. And @Clonamery is the last person I’d call stupid.

Yeah we are all geniuses during the early dating stages before regressing to village idiots.
My wife and I are over 70. We are very aware of what may happen socially and otherwise.
I still work and will be vigilant at all times, aware of those around me more so than before.
To all of you out there, be safe, be alert, and most important think of others as we are all in
this thing together. When understanding is needed, give it. We can all save the blame game
'till after this thing is under control. Hope this comes across in the spirit it is intended.
P.S. Yes, I do worry as my wife has health issues.
