I just haven't seen enough to think they beat Tennessee. And it's not an effort issue to me. I need to be clear about that. This is an execution issue. They just don't have it in them imo.

OK then...Pats lose Saturday....so no need to read anymore of YOUR craptastic takes until next season. Bye.

I hear you, just disagree. Think you may be giving Miami game too much weight, perhaps regency bias? Looking back to the game before that, against Buffalo I think they showed enough for me to believe they have at least one playoff win in them this year. Depends which team shows up, the one that trounced Buffalo or the one that lost a close game to Miami. I think it’ll be the first of those.

Based on the way things have gone this season I expect the zebras to cost them a game (whichever game it is...WC, D, CG, SB).

You are unfortunately probably correct. Best way to avoid it is to not play Baltimore, IMO

I'm not just looking at the Buffalo and Miami games. It's every other game after week 2. Hope for the best. Mentally prepared for the worst.

Joker, I speak the truth. When they were 8-0 I said this wasn't a SB caliber team. Wasn't a hot take.

I think they’ll either beat Tennessee and move on or lose, no in between

So instead of general doom and gloom let’s get specific. Looking at the Pats’ potential playoff opponents who will be the one to knock them off, and why?

Nobody knocks off old Tom. Or old Bill. See you in Miami.

Not on the poll, but the answer is obviously Bill Belichick. He benches Gilmore in the SB against Eagles and .....

If we beat Tennessee 38-14 is the bandwagon back?

OK lets predict who beats the Patriots in the playoffs. Great thread.
You’ve been here long enough to know this doesn’t even qualify as a contender to “worst thread ever”. How many pages were on the Cassel v Brady ? Then the “We didn’t get enough for Cassel” (though it was Chung)....

39% to the titans

61% to the chiefs

68% for the ravensd

dont know about the SB, but i'd call it lower than Ravens (possibly Chiefs)

I'm seeing them getting to the super bowl.

Complimentary game with a great defense, great special teams and a fired up Brady.

Boom shakalaka.

And no Sports dink, they won't be facing JQ or JP or JG and the 48ers. He'll choke hard along the way.

It would be a bad look for BB losing to two former coaches/players in a row.

You know Malcolm Butler wants to eliminate them bad. Ditto with Dion Lewis. They want to torment the Pats Curtis Martin style ‘97-‘00.
Butler is on IR, right? But Logan will be out there

If dion is on the field, henry likely isn’t. I’ll take it.

I think the Titans game is pretty much a pick 'em

This year's team with all the age and injuries has virtually no chance of winning in KC or Baltimore. I hope I'm wrong of course. But when someone asks my opinion, I assume they are looking for a dispassionate assessment of the facts, not my hopes and dreams.
