Gilmore heavy favorite to win DPOY (-250ish), is he on track for the Hall?

I saw hesitation in him in the Bills game after being beaten with a double move. Then he got beaten early today with a double move and then from there decided to play like Ellis Hobbs by giving 8 to 10 yds cushion.
Throughout the game, he was always looking in the middle of the field to High or DMac for the calls, it appears he was not comfortable with the game plan.
Fitz was throwing the ball less than 2 sec yet their WRs were afforded so much respect.

He not only isn't exactly on track for the hall but I think Parker kind of ruined his chances for defensive player of the year - when you are a leading candidate late in the season,a hiccup pretty much ends it

Trade him for a 1st or 2nd and give Jackson an extension.
