Again, he's not playing this year. They'll work him out now, sign him if they can agree on $$$, and he will be on their roster next year. They put a clause in the contract that if he faces charges, they walk away from the contract - same way Kraft kicked him out the door the moment he got a whiff of him possibly facing charges. The contract includes clauses to protect teams in such scenarios. He if gets suspended, it's more than likely for no more than 4 games or so (for misconduct) - assuming he not facing charges. And in that case, you can expect to see him in the Saints line up starting week 5 next year.
