Raiders Release Clown Brown

Looking forward to a “new beginning.” He had that with Oakland...

I guess its too soon. I searched for Vegas odds on AB's new team and got bupkis.
I ruled out cracker head coaches so I would risk a few bucks on the Dolphins

This was actually the first time Browns actions made some sense.

The Raiders voided his contract. AB was game to game.

I say, sign him if you can get him on a prove it deal with minimum risk.

If BB and the Pats locker room can straighten him out, the upside would be delicious.

If he remains a distraction, cut him and move on. Big ifs, but it sure would be interesting.

Man, the NFL is entertaining and we haven't had our first Sunday yet...

Patriots were in the mid of trading for him? Did we know this already or this news?

Curran: Pats should run like hell from AB

It sure didn’t sound like the Patriots interest was a ruse.

Rosenhaus: “The Patriots are in the mix,” said Rosenhaus. “I put Belichick in touch with (Steelers general manager) Kevin Colbert today."

The tricky dynamic here is I think Brown will refuse to sign with any scrub team, while only scrub teams will be willing to sign him.

He just recently signed in Oakland.

Doesn't seem opposed to scrub teams to me.

I don’t care. I want him in NE.

He was traded there and was probably dumb enough to think they would actually be good. The Raiders are unique in that some people actually think they're good for some reason.

I see your angle tho

Antonio Brown and Dorsett are both 5'10.

Maybe Brown could be a upgrade?:p

he posted a phone conversation he recorded with Gruden on line? WTF, I take it back no way BB takes him

Was a trade, but YES he did sign to a scrub team. I think speculating what Brown will/won’t do is a crapshoot.

I’m rooting against him. If NE signs him, it won’t stop me from hoping he contributes - obv - but I am actively rooting for BB to ignore Brown and avoid him at all cost.

He’s going to have limited options:

1. Retire - no team will offer him anywhere close to his on field value

2. Sign a 1 year deal on a contender - NE, PHI, GB. You’d need a strong HC/QB presence. Recover your value and enter FA next year.
Why a contender? He literally cares nithjng about the team
I think the best fit is a terrible team who is going to lose anyway so they can bring some excitement and maybe help their young QBs develop by having a go to guy who gets open.

Cardinals seem like a perfect fit.

I'm probably nuts but I could see the Steelers taking him back

XFL will offer a contract where he will be allowed to play with his old helmet.

Just a reminder Tyreek Hill most likely abused his kid. Brown so far is just a very dramatic diva that hasn't hurt anything but some feelings and his bank account
