It may not be final. He may be back after week 1.Hoyer cut. I don't like this needless gamble. But, obviously, it's not my call.

With Scooby and Skipper cut, is Brady the only 80’s TV icon left?
We have 3 new guys9
5 starters
2 new guys
1 OT 1 IOL
move the last 2 guys if/when the new guys surpass them.
My bad. Then we may need to keep 10 for week 1. Could be why Hoyer is cut, maybe temporarily. We have 3 new guys

Not TV, but he's still here. With Scooby and Skipper cut, is Brady the only 80’s TV icon left?
ColtsFrom Hoyer's point of view, he had 1.5m guaranteed salary from the Patriots so he could potentially cash in nicely with a number of teams needing a backup.

Patriots makes more senseColts
Broncos
Jags
Cardinals all make sense.
Holding spot for a IR guy or to overload the OL for the first week or 2 until the traded for guys are ready. He might be back in 2 or 3 days.

I’m not convinced BB sees those bottom players as developmental. He wants ST contributors there, for the most part. All players on the roster & PS are coached and hopefully they develop. But bottom of the roster players are about development, not SB victories, Farn. And the whole "can't crack the 53" is sort of the point of people hoping that cutting the player is not a mistake, not that the likes of Gunner are destined to be essential parts of future SBs.
Either way, it's not a big deal. I just don't buy into this seemingly increasingly prevalent Patsfans.com "But no SB win with __________, so who cares?" approach.
And soon the Garrapolites will mix with the Stidhamites and demand the release of thy Tom Brady after the overthrow of an open receiver in a merciless blowout win. So it has been said, so it has been written. Jarrett 3:10.Thank you Brian for always keeping the bench warm so Tom didn’t have to play with a Frozen ass. Your ass will be missed
You must not have grown up in the 1980s - these guys all thrived on UHF TV, as did I Love Lucy, The Munsters, The Monkees, the Beverly Hillbillies and Mama's Family. The movie UHF was a pretty accurate depiction and send up of the TV landscape at the time.1980s?
Um--try much earlier...
