And most of all they want to keep their job
Yup. Nobody is really uncuttable at this point to pass on this and put a question mark on themselves. Usually it's established vets who know they have leverage. Maye is really the only guy who could right now and even he is so green that it could kill a ton of goodwill on him.

Someone here posted a clip of a Titans player addressing a team meeting as if he were Vrabel, and Vrabel is in the corner watching him do it, and the imitation was spot on, and they players were losing it over it. Vrabel is really good at connecting with players, while simultaneously making it clear that his expectations are high and he’s completely in charge. I think he’s going to be a great coach for this team.
Yeah I shared all three parts of Compton’s impersonation of Vrabel here, it was awesome

Thanks. I loved those clips. This team is in so much better shape than it was a year ago at this time. They now have the 2 most important pieces in place, and have made gains in almost every area of the franchise. There’s still a lot of work to do to become true contenders again, but I believe they are on the right path.

Oline please dear sweet Jesus and we will be legit. Any chance Dante comes back

I am trying to avoid getting too pumped up about the defense. They haven't taken the field yet. Like you, I don't see a lot of holes. I think we should pump the brakes on them on April 9th. I like where they are headed, but they are a long way from playing at a championship level. Still...

Pedal to the metal tesla style.

No. But it sounds like he still consults for them, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they give him tape on OL prospects to review and give feedback on.

I think Peppers will be the deep SS and Dugger will be up near the box Chung style. This should help Dugger have a bounce back year. FS is the big question mark and will be between Hawkins, Epps or a draft pick.
Same things I'm thinking. Basically everyone that is a S not named Dugger will be given opportunities at it. Peppers did well at it in 2023 where IMO he should have been an all pro. Hawkins has the range.. but he Drops to many INTs.. as a FS you have to have great awareness and hand/eye coordination. Dugger as we know is best suited 8-10 yards around the LOS.

He is amazing. I was joking when I said that. Dante is an OLine coach to the core it's just in his blood.
