Andrew Luck Retires from NFL

Yep. Chris was reaching big time there. Luck was an ok dude throughout Deflategate. It clearly embarrassed him given the circumstances of the game results, his ownership, GM and simply being part of that entire community. He sadly knew he would be part of the story by association.
I hope Luck makes the time to write a juicy tell all book about his life, especially about his time with the Dolts and their crack head owner. I bet he has stories to tell, just not sure if he'll do so or not. Still, he will get several big fat offers for book deals, no doubt.

Been asking myself that question for years...

98.5 as a new station had a clean slate and could've hired local professionals who not only wanted our teams to win, but also had integrity, honesty, senses of humor and respect for their listeners & callers; instead they gave us Douche & the other azzhole, Gresh, and these two cretins...Sad.

WEEI at its worst > Phelger & Spazz at their best.

My only disagreement with your post is the criteria for their on air talent to “want our home teams to win”. I come here to patsfans.con for that. Listening on the radio, I prefer to get some insight and information.

I’d gladly stand in line for hours for that one!

Reeeeeeaaaaacccccchhhhhhh

The post before last will set you free. He was a class act during Deflategate. If he accidentally stumbled once who’s to blame him. Any of us have done far worse without the media glare.

I agree he did just seem like he wanted it to go away but I think he thought he was clever about that deflated comment.
That wasn't a slip of the tounge it was a light jab.
That being said incredible talent and he deserved way better than Irsay.
He would of done some wonderful things with say the Niners, Cardinals, Jaguars
Feel bad for him and I respect him and he was always a late round option for me in Fantasy.

Tom could retire 5 minutes before the Super Bowl and I’d find him and give him a standing ovation

Ixnay on the Super Bowl Fifty Two-skay..... :D

You said people would hate Brady if he did the same thing.
No I didn’t. I said the patriots fans would boo luck also.

So you're one tying the two together and come on Andy its not much of a leap to say that people who you say would hate Brady would boo him. In fact based on what happened in Indy hating and booing were pretty much interchangeable terms
You are literally making something up out of thin air and lying that I said it.

Sort of but insight and information isn't the property of just neutral voices. The problem is a lot of these talking heads think they have to prove they're not fans by being contrarians.

I just wish that somewhere, somehow there could be more access to just good info and insight like Chatham/Reiss/Price/Bedard and Curran (pre-his recent meeting with the NBC marketing execs).

Well, I guess you did put Luck as the Patriots quarterback so I missed your point. Now that I see what you did I miss what point you're trying to make about Patriot fans. Are you trying to somehow excuse the Indy fans with some kind of moral equivalence?

What jumps out of that is there are quite a few of those 39 remaining who look mighty close to the precipice. We should start another thread, perhaps, guessing the final tally. I’d say it could hit 100, but if I were betting I’d pick 90.

Yeah but unfortunately when I tune into the shows they're guests on you have to put up with those other talking head trolls

I am saying in that situation any fan base would have booed.

I'm done. He'll get the last word as always.
Are you disputing that you misrepresented what I said? There is no last word other than you accepting that you misrepresented me.
We can’t gave a disagreement about the point that you made up and attributed to me.
