This is updated for anyone who wants to mess around with roster predictions:

Pats Picker 2019

Fellow member Matt Monitto does a great job of helping keep the roster updated and it's a fun tool to try and figure out the final 53. Unfortunately, it's not mobile/tablet friendly and I haven't gotten around to correcting that yet. But hopefully, I'll have time to do that soon.

Otherwise, with one week of camp under our belts, feel free to try it out and post some predictions below

Is there anything in the world which makes you think they believe they got a bad candidate here? A second round pick, they've barely put the pads on, and they're thinking to be rid of him?

Zero chance.

He's not getting cut, neither is Cajuste. In fact, I think their first 7 picks make it (and hope that Meyers keeps the UDFA string going), although it's possible that at least one (Cajuste) goes to IR.

Their 8th and 9th picks have decent chances, too.

No matter how I do it, there are a ton of tough cuts - Ebner, King, Butler. The depth on this team is insane. Hoyer and Burkhead could be in trouble.

• While Roberts improved last season, he's dealt for a late round pick due to the depth at LB. J. Collins looks poised for his Chung 2.0 tour.
• Someone with shaky punting trades a late round pick for Allen.
• Crossen has outplayed Dawson at CB on the field & at camp. Throw in his ST upside at gunner along with his elite athleticism and Dawson appears screwed as CB7. Could the team even get a late round pick for him?
• Nate Ebner just doesn't make a whole lot of sense as a 2.7 million dollar cap hit punt protector with Brooks & Obi offering ST capabilities along with positional upside. Releasing Ebner frees up $2.1 million in cap space.
• My optimistic scenario has Gordon reinstated in the coming weeks. That leaves Dorsett vs. Harris for the last WR spot. Dorsett appears ahead based on camp & preseason reps. Berrios & Gunner to the PS.
• I'm essentially keeping 6 EDGE rushers when you factor in John Simon because I'm not sure who you cut right now. Calhoun is playing himself onto the roster & Rivers may actually be ready to contribute. Cowart could make a roster case if he builds on his week 1 performance too.
• If Stidham shows enough the roster flexibility & cap savings is worth going two QBs.

Making cuts on D is tough. Offense not so much if Gordon isn't back for week 1.
