Report: Phillip Dorsett back on one-year deal

You guys are going in pretty hard to prop up Dorsett, reality is harsh and sometimes deep down we need a shred of hope; I get it, but let’s face facts here gentlemen, Cordarelle Patterson ain’t walking thru that door.

Hogan had a difficult time creating separation this past season. He clearly should have cut to the wide open corner of the end-zone (where TB12 threw the ball) on the missed flea flicker in the playoffs. My guess is he tests the waters but possibly comes back with a team friendly deal.

I think the most use Mr. Hogan can be right now is a supportive, available homemaker for his twins and Podiatry resident wife.

It will be up to McDaniel’s to scheme routes so Dorsett can be put in a position to make plays for us.

Still hoping bb brings in more competition at the wide receiver position.

And if he was, it would be in a straight line, in the wrong direction, forcing Brady to adjust his throw.

I knew it.

People can disagree all they want but look, Phillip is a real good receiver, he’s fast like cooks but doesn’t try to drop every ball or try jumping over line backers. Two pluses in my book

I just can't see how McD can promise an expanded role. I mean the top receiver was a RB, followed by JE11 and Gronk. Then came Gordon and Hogan. I suppose he can take Hogan's place but unless TB reduces passes to RBs how can his role be expanded? It seems Pats like to distribute the ball, only White and JE11 had over 50 receptions (Gronk at 47).

I say let him try. If he’s a jag, we can send him to Detroit

Much better addition than overpaying for one of those mediocre slots.
