I don't know in what mistaken way you're creating your chart, since your chart doesn't even match the article you post. For example, in Figure 2 of the article it says the 90th percentile household income is $124,800 (and not your alleged $312,536), the 95th percentile income is $180,500 and not your alleged $477,293, and the 99th percentile income is $443,000 (and not your alleged $1,363,977).
