If some here claim that the local media are either trolls or homers when it comes to Brady (depending on what side of the debate they fall on) lets listen to what an outside presence is saying about TB12 / the offense:

I like Baldy's opinion but he really needs to hire some quality control. Edelman was supposed to be off the line of scrimmage, not on it. I've seen Baldy make little mistakes often and as well as when he was doing playbook for the NYJFL* Network. It's not an issue if you understand the game a little, but for a complete n00b it can be misleading.

My main concern: if Jaylen Samuels gashed the Pats D for 142 yards, how many yards will Shady McCoy get? If McCoy has a +200 yard game, I don't like our chances. Watching the Steelers game, it looked like the Pats were uninspired participants while the Steelers were really up for the game. If somebody doesn't light a fire under them, I don't like their chances. Could Chris Sale maybe stop by and chew out the Pats in the locker room before the game?

Don’t expect NE to play much nickel and dime against the Bills. An extra safety in the box should help stop McCoy.

I get what you are saying but if it is not central to the point he is trying to make then quite honestly "who cares". In this case the issue was simply that Edelman screwed up pre-snap. What exactly it was really didn't matter too much.
