I swear, it looked like the Steelers thought the refs were not going to call multiple offsides on them in Pittsburgh so if they kept doing it, they would get away with it.
That's the same tactic that Pittsburgh used when the league first started to address the head-to-head hits. They *****ed about it and just kept doing it until the refs stopped calling it. That eventually led to the end of Ryan Shazier's career.
