I am convinced now after his latest quote that he is being paid to hate on TB12 and the Patriots.
I am sorry if I am writing something you all must know already ,,,but how in God's name can he say what he said ???
He was asked " would you rather go 1- 0 in a Super Bowl or 5 - 3 ? "
His answer as u all know was 1 - 0 .
What did the Pats or Tom do to him to hate us so much ?
Even our most hated rivals have actually given up and come out saying that the Patriots were just good .
The worst part is that he is being paid for saying and hating on the Patriots.
Doesn't he realize that he is looking a complete fool ,,,,even in the eyes of fans who hate us.

Any season montana didn't win the superbowl, he basically LOST the superbowl right? if you're a first place or nothing kind of person.

There are 2 things that bother me about the above:

1) It implies it is better to lose the CCG than it is to win the CCG and lose the Super Bowl. That makes no logical sense.

2) Montana was a great QB, but he also lost his share of playoff games. He played at a time when the AFC was Minor League Football compared to the NFC, so those Super Bowls Montana won were far from the 2 best teams in the league. The NFCCG was the real Super Bowl, and he lost a couple of those.

Okay...in answering that question with 1-0, it removed any doubt from any intelligent species, including possibly amoebas, that this man has a mental disability caused from an intense, fiery jealousy of Tom Brady.

The championship record thing is pretty silly, but I think it's important to recognize both sides of the coins when looking at Brady and Montana.

Montana played in a highly imbalanced league. His 4-0 record in the Super Bowl is not as impressive considering that the NFC won something like 15 straight during that time. So while Montana was 4-0, McMahon, Simms, Hostetler, Williams, and Rypien were a combined 5-0. So big deal, Montana was 4-0 and all other NFC QBs were like 11-0.

But on the other side, you can't really criticize Montana for "only" making it to four Super Bowls considering the NFC Championship was essentially the league championship during the era. There were a bunch of power teams like the Redskins, Giants, and Bears. Montana was 4-2 in NFC Championship games.

In total, if you considered the NFCCG to be essentially the Super Bowl (which it was), Montana was 4-2 and Brady is 5-3 (with that most recent loss being arguably the best game a QB has played in the SB.) Both were great and incredibly clutch, but no QB can go 1.000 unless it's a small sample size. Considering Brady has played a lot more years than Montana, I'd put their big game reputations at about the same, probably the two most impressive big-game QBs of all-time.
