Post of the nightThank God Tiger won today - the national sports media can blather on about that tomorrow and give less attention to the Pats.

Yeah, Gilmore clearly expected safety help. Can't say for sure if he was supposed to get it on that play, so it's hard to pin the blame on him.I’m not even sure he blew that. The safety was guarding no one at the end. A crosser usually gets picked up by the free safety.
So I get all this criticism of the defense and the playcalling, but is Brady getting a pass? He played like **** also. No urgency
If BB were somehow to get a top 10 pick in the next year or two, I'm pretty sure he'd try to trade down into the 11–20 range, because the fifth-year option becomes much cheaper.
Obviously, it didn’t work out, but I’m not really going to keep beating a dead horse over Bill Belichick making a personnel decision.Benching Butler. It didn’t start the issues BUT it amplified them all.
But were assuming he even drafts that high. We all know he would have traded down. I'm just saying BB's track record for drafting hasn't been that good recently. I remember when the trade went down and people were happy about it and I was telling them it's hard for me to get excited about trading a good player for a pick that is most likely either going to turn out good only to be traded 2 years later or an injury prone bust. Looks like I was right on the latter.
well, I think I saw him screaming on the sidelines multiple times in the 1st half trying to get the offense revved up. Let's face it, the OL played like corpses today. The first three possessions Brady played what was called...it was the calls that sucked the life out of the offense IMO. I take it as a postive that Brady made it through this game unhurt. The right side of this O line is putrid. So I get all this criticism of the defense and the playcalling, but is Brady getting a pass? He played like **** also. No urgency

Overall Gilmore has been a bright spot, not sure why he of all people is attracting negative attention.
So Wynn is a bust already? Unbelievable.
You're ignoring the obvious here: Edelman and the potential of Gordon. Saying that they've replaced the Cooks/Amendola/Lewis receptions with nothing is a bridge too far. We can argue that the failure to get anything beyond the return of Edelman (his 4 game pop isn't the fault of BB) is major, but we can't blame the team for JE11's failed piss test.
If Edelman can be, say, 85%-90% of JE11, and Gordon can become a productive member of the offense, the passing game should actually be better than last year's, once it clicks in.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't be pissed about the current product on the field. Anyone who's not pissed about it is an idiot, or a fan of another team. But we have to remember some of the reasons why it's currently like it is, both for good and for bad.
Got to stay on the field. Right? That's part of the deal. Whether it's the players fault or not.

Did anyone?Did 32 play today, honest question...
I’ve seen quite a few so called “fans” have this sick pleasure on what’s going wrong with this team either in the GDT or posting side topics off the GDT. Pretty sad honestly

Even I felt bad for Brady tonight. Gronk was getting double-teamed harder than a porn star, and the WRs... damn... they made Detroit's CBs look like Revis and Prime. No separation whatsoever. There was NOWHERE to throw the ball.
There's no good excuse for losing to the Lions, but things are gonna change quickly with Gordon and Edelman.
