Matthews and Patterson are huge.
And Brown is just a colossal human being. At one point in the huddle standing next to White. White looked like a middle schooler. Brown just swallows people up. No idea how anyone ever gets past him. Eats up so much space.
Fun experience. Worth it.
Just tag him and bag him now until the Houston gameFor the 4th day in a row . Gilmore in SB LIII form..

Chatham's ball-washing gets more pronounced every year. Comparing Shelton's situation to Chandler Jones' and Collins'...yeah right.
Between that and his "non-football" comments, no wonder I have him removed from the twitter feed sidebar.
“ ... he may even be a top-five tackle, period, in the National Football League. There’s not another tackle who’s that tall, that big and can move the way he moves.” - Von Miller on Trent Brown last preseason
Trying not to read into anything this early but I think our Solder replacement is in the process of being found.
I wonder how much a Trent Brown extension would cost the team if they did it right now.
McCarron is like 5'9'' so keep that in mind
Careful, you’re not allowed to criticize anything about the patriots on this forum. Everything must be rainbows and sunshine
What makes you say that?Hate to see that Malcolm Brown isn't playing well at all during camp. While we've been really hype for Danny Shelton and co, Brown was our original 1st rounder. Sucks to see him live nowhere near that expectation.
Putting these quotes together, I assume the Patriots practiced a lot of draws, play actions, and jet sweeps today, and that Volin thinks those are gadget plays.
Hoyer to McCarron, truly the iron of the league.
Slowly moving up to my #1 most excited player to see in game action.
Pretty much. Brown is a one year transplant to ease the transition of Wynn into the LT position until further notice. Though I’d love it if Wynn could step up there this year and the team could move Brown back to RT. That would give them two excellent bookend tackles. It all depends on where Wynn is at, though.Brown is most probably a stop gap LT given his UFA status next year. If he performs anywhere close to what he looks to be capable he will cash in next offseason. Somewhere else that is.
The entire thing will give Wynn enough time to transition smoother than otherwise to OT on NFL level. Less pressure to immediately perform and no need for shortcuts to make him shortterm servicable.

No I’m just down on his ability (or lack thereof) to stay healthy. Are you down on Cannon at RT?
