This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.
At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.
Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.
This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.
If you do you will have your account suspended.
I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
I thought the Guy signing was a bit of a head-scratcher when it happened, but his versatility has been great. Can play him at DE or DT, he'll do a little bit of everything. Not elite at anything, but quite serviceable.
I honestly didn't know much about him. I remember reading some good things, but there was nothing overly great. He has exceeded my modest expectations. And his trajectory would appear to be pointing due north at this point . . .
I swear it's like some of you haven't watched our teams for ages now. They clearly are playing the percentages - give up yards outside of the redzone but prevent the big play. It's not new. And it works, it just isn't as much fun to watch as other defenses.
It works against teams like Buffalo and the Antonio Brown-less Steelers. I'm deeply skeptical that they can win the Super Bowl without significant improvement at LB, though. Elandon Roberts starting at LB is the kind of thing that will absolutely burn us in the playoffs, he's responsible for too many big chunk plays over the course of a game.
I don't think they're far off from being a defense that can win a Super Bowl, though, so this isn't really a doom and gloom thing. I really think it's just a matter of getting better at LB, presumably via Van Noy getting healthy.

You're not a doom and gloom guy, you're basing your evaluation and concerns on things that have validity even if I may not agree. That's different then the people who can't stomach letting the Bills get a few field goals.
