Was obvious he was the best WR on the field for the Pats in that game. It just got ignored because Carr made a nice TD catch and people seemed to have ignored his 8.8 avg.

Yeah, ypc can be funny that way. Amendola has a career ypc of just 9.5, but every one of his catches seems to be just past the first down marker or goal line.

Lucien and Carr just seem like very different kinds of players.

No, I meant to imply that after his injury he's starting to get his groove again. Not that he lost it, just that his injury was a factor.

trading a WR for a OT or DE wouldn't be the worst move ever. I think both Lucien and Carr can be solid in this league.

Well I don't think that particular trade would happen but I wouldn't mind moving Hogan for the right price. Yes he is a solid WR but he might be the #4 here and with Carr/Lucien perhaps emerging this year there is a real squeeze at WR.

I would trade Hogan for a decent DE.
