THEY aren't doing anything with Cooks at the moment.

Why is this trade even illegal? Common practice in NBA to dump picks to get rid of a bad contract. League could arbitrarily nail the Browns. Would be kinda funny if they lose that pick for cheating. Although we want them to give us those picks.

The way the other teams have panicked as far as contracts are concerned, I wouldn't be surprised at whatever. You just can't count anything out during this time.
