The only way they're bringing him in is if they have zero plans for Jones, or any other young CB on the roster, in that rotation. I doubt Fuller would come up in any sort of trade talks. Are you talking about fuller? His contract's very friendly and the relationship has gone sour.
I saw all the games. Ryan was at his best while lined up at nickel. The secondary, at its best, had Rowe and Butler outside and Ryan in the slot.Guys saying Ryan is a solid #2 or a slot haven't watched a whole lot of games this year.
Some secondaries this year would make our 2011 CBs cringe. Ryan will get to start somewhere in the league.
That's very generous if you. I'll throw a two dollar bill in.
I think ryan will be gone. I hope they find someone in free agency. Last thing i want is a shaky secondary when our pass rush can be iffy when flowers's not getting pressure.
Someone said alterraun verner. Any thoughts on him? Not in love with his speed. Prefer someone taller. I know shields has head issues but he can be someone cheap and worth the risk.
Logan Ryan? Top 12-15 corner? Seriously?give him 4/35..8 signing bonus, 18 guaranteed. that guarantee is a top 12 guarantee for CB currently. even with some other signings should be a top 15
Especially corners, LTs and pass rushers.I agree, I think some people have unrealistic expectations for certain positions and/or players

Perhaps not adopting this attitude is why the patriots have been so successful.Contracts are cyclical. Ryan isn't a top 15 cornerback but you have to pay him as such for now. A year or two from now he will be paid like the number 30 corner.
A few years ago we wouldn't pay Talib, and he received a 6 year $57m (28 guaranteed) contract from Denver. Now that deals looks pretty good because of the cap increases.
That deal still looks awful because if the age of the player.Contracts are cyclical. Ryan isn't a top 15 cornerback but you have to pay him as such for now. A year or two from now he will be paid like the number 30 corner.
