From today's column:

New England head coaches since 2000: 1
Avg per team: 1.0

MIA/NYJ/BUF head coaches since 2000: 22
Avg per team: 7.3

My teenage daughter's response to this: "Are they just trying to find a coach who can beat Belichick? Because in Rock-Paper-Belichick, Belichick always wins."

I heard on the radio on the way home that since 2007 Brady is 49-1 at home against AFC teams.
I remember the loss, which was the last game of the season a couple of years ago when they rested everyone vs Buffalo, but Brady played a little.
yeah I was at that game, it was week 17 of 2014

I thought I heard on Mike and Mike this am. Since 2009, Pats have never lost a regular season home game where Brady started and finished the game.

Well, yeah, that sounds about right.

Definitely not true. Stat is true of AFC teams since 2007. I specifically recall home losses where Brady went wire to wire in 2012 vs both Niners and Cardinals and last year vs Eagles. Oh, and 2011 vs Giants.

OK, thanks for clarification.
