It's easy to say that when you got Brady the best to ever do it playing for you every Sunday, we all saw a glimpse of what life after Brady could possibly look like last Sunday if you had to live through a season of that, you'd happily pay an Andrew Luck level player $20m a season.

1) he ever got a job
2) he still has a job and
D) you select a one-dimensional WR when your team is set at the position meanwhile your DL absolutely blows and there was a Top 15 talent at DL when you picked said WR

Luck didn't sign his deal until this offseason and he was drafted after the new rookie contract structure where the #1 pick doesn't have a back breaking deal. Grigson has been trying to build a defense for years.

But as most of us know, when Ryan Grigson is your GM it will take years after he gets fired until the Colts will buid a good defense.

It's even worse than that -- he drafted a grand total of ONE defensive player before round 5 during the first three out of the four drafts he's been the Colts' GM.
