Oh. I'm still confused. Have players been caught circumventing that before? I've honestly never heard of that before. That would be crazy but kind of funny too if that's happened before...like sneaking out of your room when you're grounded.

Agreed. After all, he found that Tom Brady was worthy of a 4 game suspension because someone that Tom had little contact with texted an ambiguous message about something else.

I think that the original thought here was that Herr Goodell, aka The Dope, will have his spies stalking Brady, taking pictures, videos, etc., seeking evidence that Cheatin' Tom of the infamous Cheatriots coached by Bill Belicheat is, once again, serially cheating. As usual, the truth will not matter.

You know, you would think that Kraft and or Brady would have hired investigators to follow Kensil, Pash, Vincent, Goodell, et al around. a much more likely scenerio is someone will take a photo of tom with his family one of the four weeks hes not allowed anywhere near patriots place or the team, and they will start a discussion of "does brady even care about the team? how can he be on a beach while his team is in the trenches"

I feel like this is such an underrated piece of the punishment. Brady not being able to be at the facility, communicating/practicing with his teammates, and just being the leader that he is in the locker room is a huge detriment to the team.
