The Dallas Police Department contends that Aqib Talib was arrested for public intoxication at a Dallas night club early Sunday. Per the Dallas Police Department, Aqib Talib was throwing bottles and creating a disturbance, prompting authorities to conclude he was a danger to himself and others.

Per France, it wasn’t Aqib. It was Yaqub. As of this posting, Aqib is in bed; Yaqub remains in custody.

And the Dallas Police Department continues to claim they’ve arrested Aqib
