Yeah, I think Denver would have gone after him now that they lost Moreno. Manning likes receiving RBs as much as Brady (see Faulk, Edge, Addai).

Sproles will be a perfect fit for Chip Kelly's offense. He would have been great here, too, but I didn't want to give away any more draft picks, and cap space could have been an issue.

Edit: Schefter says Philly gave the Saints a 2014 5th round pick. They had 2 of them, one courtesy of us, so they and the extra draft capital. So in a sense, they traded Isaac Sapoaga for Darren Sproles.

If Decker is their WR1, this is awesome. If he's their WR2 because they pull in another WR, that actually gives the Jets a good start on the receiving corps.

A healthy Stephen Hill could always break out in year three, Kerley is a very good slot guy who doesn't get the accolades he deserves, and David Nelson is better than advertised, but they still lack that true #1 guy.
