Lol ok. Keep the circumstantial evidence coming. Let me know when they finally connect the dots to AHern
Stay tuned, because those dots are connectin' awfully fast.

You're right I changed my post as I read yours wrong. You didn't call for a conviction but you list reasons on how AHern would be "in deep **** if half of this is true" which is bull**** since its all circumstantial in the first place. You flying off the handle with insults already tells me what type of person I am dealing with anyways so I don't take it personal.

As I said, reading comprehension problems.

Assuming (incorrectly on your part) circumstantial evidence is all they have, I guess that's unimportant to a criminal case ... can't get convicted on that can you?

Usually not every piece of evidence found is made public. If what we know is made public, then I shudder to think about what else they haven't told us yet.

The imminent arrest was some journalist jumping the gun, but so far is about the only thing "proven" false. (...and THAT had nothing to do with the case itself.) it wasn't "most" being proven false. it wasn't "half." It wasn't a "third" that was PROVEN false. It was just one report about an immenent arrest that was immediately shot down.

...and besides, it sure got to be more "explosive" since this thread started. Say, has anyone PROVEN the allegations of smashed cell phones and destroyed surveillence as total BS yet?

Yeah

Like the "explosive" news Hernandez was with the victim shortly before.

Now we know it was two days before.

or the fact that he supposedly wasn't co-operating but there are reports he is doing just that.

Or the "cleaning crew" in early Monday to "scrub". How exactly does one arrange that after a late Sunday cap session?

Here it is the smoking gun.....its in the mailbox.....what is in the mailbox??? Couldn't possibly be mail....wait mail fraud...yeah....mail fraud thats it.

How the **** is this worthy of putting in a news article?

No arrests in murder of Dorchester man who was acquainted with New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez - Boston.com

Boston Globe said:
The helicopters followed the car to Boston’s Boylston Street, where it entered a garage on Boylston near Copley Square at about 1:15 p.m.
At around the same time at Hernandez’s home, a white Nissan SUV pulled up to the end of the driveway. It appeared that the driver, a woman, either pulled something out of, or checked, the mailbox. The driver got back in and pulled the car into the driveway. The driver and another woman, both in their 20s, then got out of the car, carrying plastic shopping bags, saying nothing to the assembled media before going into the house. The car had left the home at around 6:30 a.m. today.

Man you just are an angry individual especially when someone doesn't agree with your point of view. Sorry I don't agree with your list of reasons why AHern is in trouble.

1) He's reportedly destroyed evidence
2) He's an associate of the guy
3) He rented the car
4) He was one of the last people seen with him
5) He's been (by reports) uncooperative with the police
6) Body found near his house

The list you posted, which I just posted above, could have so many other possibilities its insane. For example did anyone actually see Aaron destroying evidence? He rented a car, so what? He knew the guy, again so what.. Things like that are not valid reasons to blame him and that is all I was saying. I never claimed to be an internet lawyer, nor did I claim he couldn't be convicted with circumstantial evidence. But keep slinging the insults man it's extremely mature.

Evidence so far = 0

circumstantial .... destroying tapes , phone ...they will find out what was on them anyway...

cleaning crew...come on,,,,,going to bar together....friends.....car rental...

With that evidence he will be in training camp.

Can they connect him to murder weapon yet> no

fingerprints, residue,, did anyone see them fighting at bar...no, or you bet we would have heard about it.

Of course with circumstantial evidence you can think someone is guilty....if thats what you want.

It looks like the concern trolls are out in force. Why don't we just realize that in this country, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty.

You're not concerned? Really?

He is innocent until proven guilty. IF he is guilty, he should talk to Ray Lewis.

I will be concerned when and if he is on trial. Until then innocent until proven guilty

Most of the stories and "explosive details" were directly from Ted Daniel, a reporter at Fox- his report last night referenced the car ride on the night of the murder. I've been watching his twitter account. A few things about it have been strange.

Last last night, AFTER already reporting that Hernandez had been in the car on the night of the homicide:

Ted Daniel ?@TedDanielFOX25 8h

Working now to report the exact night our source says homicide victim Odin Llyod was in a vehicle driven by Aaron Hernandez. #fox25
Expand

And then no follow-up. Odd that he would need to go back and check a fact that he's already reported

Then just a half hour ago:

Ted Daniel ?@TedDanielFOX25 34m

@aamigliore our source says he has not been ruled out for having some sort of connection to the case

Doesn't really sound very ironclad any more, does it?

So when Hernandez is incarcerated in September awaiting trial, that won't concern you as a Patriots fan?

Anyone who is not concerned at this point simply has no clue.

As I said before, Innocent until proven guilty. As someone who is trying to get into law enforcement and hopefully make detective...(note i am going by what the news is reporting) It is suspicious that Hernandez destroyed phones, erased surveillance tapes, and not cooperating with the police.

If Hernandez is guilty of the actual murder, he wont be on the football field anymore. If he is guilty of destroying evidence then depending on the laws of Massachusetts will depend on jail time. I need to check, but I think destroying evidence is a felony.

He is 23, if this was ARI or something sure but we don't make or break off some young TEs, we have guys that can do the job, oh and that Brady character.

It is more concerning that a life was lost with no reasonable motive, not losing a young inconsistent but very talented TE. If he did it then he is gone like the rest, well if he was associated which is likely the case.

KDPP - spoliation of evidence can lead to the same sentence as the top count charged against the accused and if the act of spoliation was allegedly committed by the alleged perpetrator. Spoliation of evidence is a two-way street (both for those that are making a criminal or civil claim and for those that are having a criminal or civil claim made against them).

It's obvious that AHern either totally offed that dude or was involved in a cover-up. Just like it's obvious that Ray Ray & Marvin Harrison are completely guilty of their crimes.

He'll probably be suspended for the year by the league. Hopefully he beats this but that stigma will always be there.
