You're right I changed my post as I read yours wrong. You didn't call for a conviction but you list reasons on how AHern would be "in deep **** if half of this is true" which is bull**** since its all circumstantial in the first place. You flying off the handle with insults already tells me what type of person I am dealing with anyways so I don't take it personal.
As I said, reading comprehension problems.
Assuming (incorrectly on your part) circumstantial evidence is all they have, I guess that's unimportant to a criminal case ... can't get convicted on that can you?
The imminent arrest was some journalist jumping the gun, but so far is about the only thing "proven" false. (...and THAT had nothing to do with the case itself.) it wasn't "most" being proven false. it wasn't "half." It wasn't a "third" that was PROVEN false. It was just one report about an immenent arrest that was immediately shot down.
...and besides, it sure got to be more "explosive" since this thread started. Say, has anyone PROVEN the allegations of smashed cell phones and destroyed surveillence as total BS yet?
Boston Globe said:The helicopters followed the car to Boston’s Boylston Street, where it entered a garage on Boylston near Copley Square at about 1:15 p.m.
At around the same time at Hernandez’s home, a white Nissan SUV pulled up to the end of the driveway. It appeared that the driver, a woman, either pulled something out of, or checked, the mailbox. The driver got back in and pulled the car into the driveway. The driver and another woman, both in their 20s, then got out of the car, carrying plastic shopping bags, saying nothing to the assembled media before going into the house. The car had left the home at around 6:30 a.m. today.

It looks like the concern trolls are out in force. Why don't we just realize that in this country, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty.
...He needs to come clean with the police...
So when Hernandez is incarcerated in September awaiting trial, that won't concern you as a Patriots fan?I will be concerned when and if he is on trial. Until then innocent until proven guilty
Most of the stories and "explosive details" were directly from Ted Daniel, a reporter at Fox

Anyone who is not concerned at this point simply has no clue.
As I said before, Innocent until proven guilty. As someone who is trying to get into law enforcement and hopefully make detective...(note i am going by what the news is reporting) It is suspicious that Hernandez destroyed phones, erased surveillance tapes, and not cooperating with the police.
If Hernandez is guilty of the actual murder, he wont be on the football field anymore. If he is guilty of destroying evidence then depending on the laws of Massachusetts will depend on jail time. I need to check, but I think destroying evidence is a felony.
