And I didn't get lucky, there was nothing happening that was arrestable, god I wish he would have arrested me for that, free money in the lawsuit that follows.

I did not say beg for mercy or be intimidated . . I was just pointed out to all of the 100% don't talk crowd, that at times it might be smart to converse with the cops and opposed to pulling a taxi driver "you looking at me" . . . what you continue to ignore is the fact that as some times the cops have enough facts to arrest a person, or in your case give you a ticket for speeding, the cop can look the other way and let you go or can give you a ticket or arrest someone for a A&B in a barroom fight like I mentioned in my prior post . . .

And yes you did get lucky, the cop could of given you a speeding . . .

If a doctor was concerned about the way my heart sounds, I wouldn't entirely discount his opinion just because cardiology isn't his specialty.

I highly doubt it's one of the worst off-seasons in "history," considering the horrific records that this team has had.

He's certainly had some problems with maturity issues and making some questionable choices, but obviously nothing like this.

Schooling in the 2nd year? Yes - Criminal Law I and II

Training? It all depends if a law student was determined to go down that path and then maybe they would intern with a prosecutors office.

Either way - it doesn't matter since he brought it up and as usual didn't finish his statements. My guess is that he is a paralegal and this conversation is more focused on hoping that Aaron Hernandez's season is not interrupted because of two individuals that used a vehicle in his name and were a part of an ongoing investigation that hopefully has no more to do with our best wide receiving option when he is healthy.

What exactly I currently practice is none of your business, nor does it matter for the purposes of this discussion. However, I can tell you this: I've discussed legal matters and given a bit of insight into some of what I've done in other threads. Supafly and I had a discussion about some things in one of the Dennard threads for example.

If you want to talk to the police in a criminal case, you go right ahead and do so. I'll take the smarter approach, and I encourage others to do the same.

I hear ya - and that is why he should have never brought it up in the first place about being an attorney and what his "advice" would have been for Aaron Hernandez even though he knows of nothing about this case other than what was publicly stated.

What the media reports is a sampling of what is really going on at the Hernandez household today. That is what gets me about this whole thing.
