Jim Harbaugh Still Wants Penalties Called, Even If It's Late In The Super Bowl

I'm sure Jim Harbaugh was very happy the refs swallowed their whistles (so to speak) at the end of the NFC Championship Game. The non-penalty on that 4th down play at the 5-yd line was what allowed SF to play in the Super Bowl.
