In all seriousness, though, this will only motivate the players to put foot to turf and work their tails off. The journey of 1000 miles begins with a step of a single foot. They will get behind Rex with this 100 percent as long as he doesn't put his foot in his mouth. Everyone just has to keep their footing with the media. After all they will want to follow in Rex's footsteps as a great football mind. Besides, who would want to foot the bill if they end up getting fined? No thank you, the game's afoot, no need to ruin everything. Anyone that does that will have to run to the foothills. It's like you just set foot in the place and everyone is all over you with criticisms. Just relax, put up your feet, and ride it out. No way this story has feet.

I really don't see why this thread was moved. An NFL coach gets caught in a legit story and its moved? Its not like deadspin is basing it JUST on a physical resemblance. There is plenty of other evidence, location, birthdays, etc. they based it on. Then you have the voice. Its a legit story because such a controversy could cause the Jets turmoil. A division foe. It'll be all over the news in the coming days. Jetsinsider is discussing it and most concede its him.

Yet its not good enough for patsfans.com? Please. Its a legit story because there is legit evidence its the coach acting in a way that could cause the Jets trouble. Personally I don't care. Many of us may not care what Rex does in his private life. And that's great. But it could affect a division rival in a multitude of ways. One of their major problems has been selling PCLs, suites and luxury boxes and that affects their ability to compete going forward. Corporations, who largely buy suites and luxury boxes, may have an issue with the image, right or wrong. And that affects the Jets.

Its a legit story guys.

Andy, Andy, the Jets spokesman said "This is a personal matter and Rex will have no comment". He didn't say "That video (and alt.com personal page) has nothing to do with Rex." Read the Jets' PR guy's words closely - - believe me, they were chosen carefully.

When a PR Department puts out an official statement saying "It's a personal matter" then whatever the story is, the protagonist is in it. After all, what PR department in the world would state "It's a personal matter"?

It's him. Even the folks at JetsInsider are all admitting that it has to be him. The details given on that personal page all match up.
