I'll be around for another hour or so.

I'll go with Robinson for the Texans if it comes down to a vote.

Jackson is the top corner left on the board IMO.....

I vote kareem jackson for the texans.

ok so that's 2 for jackson 2 for robinson. anyone want to break the tie?

let's try to be on time folks :nono:

Do we have a GM for the Chicago Bears? If not who wants them? Let's allow some time for anyone who isn't currently a GM already. If nobody claims them by the end of this round then it's up for grabs.

Just curious, is this a 7 round draft?

that's the hope. if we keep at the current pace we can get thru all 7 by mid April. If anyone doesn't feel they will be around for the entire 7 they can give up their GM spot to someone else.

Sounds good.

Steelers needed a Lineman or a CB.

I think I can get a decent CB in Round 3 or 4.

you'll need to pick again.

He was taken with the 23rd pick.

Bloody Hell, i'm going senile in my old age of 19.

That's an early pick for him.

I'll stay with the Lineman theme though and go with a guy i'd like the Pats to take with the 3rd 2nd rounder.

Done.

Hope that's filled needs whilst garnering value.....

The guy picked right after you.

1. He's not a top 20 pick.

2. Kevin Faulk is on the roster.

If we draft a running back, it will be a proper three down player, not a scat back that can't block.

Agreed. Even if he could be a 3rd down back it wouldn't be here. As you pointed out, he's horrible at blocking.

There's a reason he went #54.

They called Chris Johnson a 3rd down back as well. Faulk could teach Best a lot about blocking and route running, and Best would be our most dangerous weapon besides Randy Moss.

A touchdown threat on every play who must be accounted for at all times. Not something opponents are used to at all from the Pats.

Plus he could line up wide and destroy from out there as well.

Watch the draft do-overs next winter.

I can definitely see the need for Carrington, though. We wouldn't get killed against the run again, and he's got upside.

It's a safe pick at a position of need, that's for sure. Hard to be confident that Pryor, Brace, or Wilfork could excel at end this year.
