Default LT: No to Alcohol And Yes to Poetry

After a 24-17 loss at Jacksonville, Tomlinson, called a meeting for players only.

Quote:
The San Diego Chargers' season was in danger of slipping away, and the team's best and most important player knew the time had come to assert himself. So, on the day after Thanksgiving, in a players only meeting called in the wake of the Chargers' fifth loss in 10 games, LaDainian Tomlinson stood in front of his teammates and read them a poem.

Seriously.

Not sure what his poem consisted of, but it's clear he's the emotional leader of that team. They need someone to guide them, because I'm not sure Philip Rivers or Norv Turner are inspiring anyone.

Any truth to the rumor that LT stole the poem from Ron Borges?

I hope it was a haiku.

I'm a classy guy
To mock 'Lights Out' dance? No class.
It comes from their coach.

The poem is called : "The Inner voice" E.E. Cummings

If Titans beat Chargers , it's gonna be ugly for their fans .

I wonder about if the poem was about a running back who plays for stats only and gets seriously pissy when he doesn't get the ball EVERY ****** PLAY.

Seriously, after years of liking this guy, I'm really developing a healthy dislike for this jack ass. He's a moron. I also like how Silver pops a gasket over the Chargers magical win streak....leaving out the part where they beat six crappy teams along the way.

That's absolute nonsense and fabrication. It's funny how some of you get on a roll and just start making things up as you go along.

Is it absolute nonsense? I think not. Remember when Rivers sat down next to him on the bench and the camera caught good ole, LT, Mr. All American himself get up and walk away in disgust? What a great teammate he must be.

No doubt he also refers to himself in the 3rd person as in..."LT better get some carries today so LT can show what LT can do to all of LT's fans."

What a douche. You and him.

How the logical thought process in your mind went from the referenced incident with Rivers and drew this conclusion:

"a running back who plays for stats only and gets seriously pissy when he doesn't get the ball EVERY ****** PLAY."

...is freaking hilarious and delusional.

Yeah, that incident didn't show the real LT or anything. He's sunny side up all the time, just like his army of handlers and marketing agents would have the jersey buying public believe.

I'll enjoy watching him cry again this year after that band of thugs is sent to the loser pile. Hopefully it comes at the hands of the Pats....you know....just like last year.
