How about serial getting kicked off every team he's ever played on for fights, intimidation and insubordination? Arrests for fights and sexual assault have popped up all over this guy's path in the spotlight. Incognito's record goes way beyond "ball-busting."

During his 5 years with the Rams, they never once had a winning record. Bills and Dolphins? Not much success there either.

I had an ex NFL player on my work crew in the 90s. After the guys busted his balls a few times, he made a pretty clear point to me that the NFL locker rooms that he was in were never like that. It is only one former backup player's opinion, but he did hang around for a few years.

I think the character of a person should definitely matter, whether that person is in the public eye or not.

However, I have no control over the type of person that my teams employ.
