On the challenge, how is that not the ground caused the fumble? Very confusing rule if it isn't. He is on the ground when the guy's knee caused the ball to come out.

BTW- I have never seen a QB throw it up for grabs more and get rewarded for his own lack of skill by the refs or bailed out by his receivers.

The Colts going to Denver would have been ironic, but Baltimore is more likely to beat the Broncos up. Fine by me.
