Down hill in usage and opinion of the team [hence the "moved on"], I'm guessing. I was a big fan of his fit and potential myself. It was quite obvious at least once when we needed a WR and he was available, we did not even inquire. Don't remember exactly.
Yea clearly BB felt he could do better. In Dorsett he just might have.
 
Gonna go out on a limb and say Lewis P, Dorsett K. No evidence Lewis has fielded punts but, there's a bit of a logjam at RB/receiver and his moves are perfect if he can get the rest down.

Dorsett has done both, but he's been average. KR is mostly speed and discipline IMO and he's got plenty of speed.
