We don't need Scar. We have Patricia who used to play OL in college. Patricia was also a DC, which gave him all the experience he needed to be both an OL coach and OC. Plus, the guy is wicked smaht.
As far as inspiration, Patricia used to be a HC so he knows how to inspire players. Just ask his former players.
This has nothing to do with coaching or with changing the playbook, this is just Wynn being lazy. Just look at his PFF grades:
2020 (LT): 82.6
2021 (LT): 74.9
2022 (RT): 66.7
And it has nothing to do with switching tackle positions, even though he never played RT before, because Brown's grades improved:
2020 (RT): 68.9
2021 (RT): 74.4
2022 (LT): 74.6
Just that 0.2 point increase for Brown by switching him to LT shows it was worth it. Genius move really, despite the 8 pt drop at RT because of Wynn's laziness.
The OL is playing great. We're top 10 in pass/run blocking. The fact we lost both QB1 and QB2 in back to back games is just bad luck. That sh*t happens all the time.
