For all the talk about the game passing certain coaches by, I think we might be there with Tampa. Lovie is a Dungy disciple, and is all about the Tampa 2 defense. That **** just doesn't work anymore. RBs and TEs are too good over the middle to leave 2 safeties high, and WRs are too big and QBs too good at nailing back shoulder throws deep down the sideline.

The league has pretty much recognized that offenses have evolved to the point that the Tampa 2 doesn't work anymore. But I think Lovie might be a bit of a one-trick pony, since he hasn't adapted well at all.
