If they pull off the upset, get ready for the national media to start asking the question for them to be an AFC contender like they were at 9-4 in 2021.
1. I think they'll be at least on edge of playoffs but not make it far. I'd do kegstands if they won a game.

BUT

2. If they win this weekend the media is going to go Iowa Hawkeye on them. Every few years the Hawkeyes gain everyone's attention, make to at least single digits in the polls, and then get destroyed in a bowl game.

Winning this game, even making it a nail biter, will send a clear message.
We need to clear up the penalties up: we've been pretty bad in that area. We have to play smart football against a very good football Team considering our small margin for error.

IF Maye plays well we have a very good chance of winning.

I'll join you. Want to meet up in the Worcester area?

Id be coming from western pa if making the trip. Will message you if i make it to buff tho

Tavai back, wilson practicing as well. Hawkins (hamstring) and chiasson(knee) missed practice.

Now get back to tackling and leave the fans alone. I think he can help he's definitely better than Ellis. I would say Gibbens too but he's played well the last week or 2. Spillane has struggled at times but I still think he's better than Tavai.

Yeah the less ellis the better, should be mostly st and lower end depth (pretty pricey though for that, think they have to revisit that contract in the offseason) . Spillane has been better last couple weeks after a rough start. I always liked the gibbens signing, he was the Titans lb1 early last year then got hurt. Hopefully we found our #2

That can backfire if their opponent is able to run effectively, and score at the end of their drives.

This is true.

But most teams can’t consistently score TD’s all game long.

This one will be hard to win but they have a decent shot at stealing one back in Foxboro. They also have to avoid the trap game, even the best Patriots teams over the years had one game in the season where you're scratching your head wondering how they lost that one.
Buffalo has to avoid trap games too.

This game vs the Pats is one of them.

They will have to work harder than they thought they would when they saw the schedule.

I think what's going unsaid alot is this team still has a incomplete roster as Vrabel putting his stamp on it. What is allowed the offense to function is the offensive line. Drake is of course a big part of it as well.

I think the team is taking it game by game. They show is when they don't beat themselves they play winning football.

On the bills thier defense is meh.. they play beyond thier talent level at home behind that racusaus crowd.

It's been a long time since we won up in Buffalo a far cry from the routine ass whippings we used to give them.

I would love this team to get a win..

I predicted a Buffalo win, but I absolutely think we can win this game.
Need to see them do it against a top tier team before I can fully buy-in.
Maye certainly appears to be a budding star, but Allen is a superstar now, arguably the best player in the league. We saw with Brady, Mahomes and others before them, a QB can can put a team on his shoulders and will them to a win, that is the stratosphere Josh is in right now. Maye is on a path, but not there yet.
Man I hope I'm wrong!!!

If Buffalo continues with that formula then it's advantages to us. The running game could really be effective. If Buffalo is letting us get 4,5 yards a carry that is a win. Drains the clock and keeps our D fresh and Allen stiff on the sidelines.

Bills are allowing over 6 ypc through 4 games. I think our run game will be more effective than most posters think. What I would like to see is us going heavy on the counter/power, especially counter bashes on handoffs. Bills have shown they have trouble handling this because they've been overtly aggressive with their one gap schemes to the point of losing gap discipline, vacating lanes, etc. etc. We don't really need the throw to open up the run. If our run game centers on counters to suck in the one-gappers, then the run game will open itself up.

If we win the run, we win the game.

That was the Steelers game.

I like PFF sometimes and then it tries to tell me that Mack Hollins creates more separation than Diggs
Maybe that’s on a vertical plane?
