Our two best skill guys are Hunter Henry and Rham, so it makes sense why the Pats are doing so much out of 12.
Also TE Austin Hooper was coming on last game: if it wasn't for the fumbling shenanigans.

To his credit Rham is a really good Receiver. I would use him as our Primary Third Down RB... and split the major carries between Henderson and Gibby unil Rham cleans up his fumble problems. Rham could easily be our Top Receiver: shows how pathetic our WR's are.
So fumble prone players only fumble on carries, but not after catching passes?????

I really want to see Gonzo play, so we can see what the defense is supposed to be. I have seen posters say that having Gonzo back won't change people being in the wrong spot, but I bet it alters the scheme and that may very well reduce the exposure of some players.

I liked the post for the Tonga part; then re-read that Wilson now „out“. ???

Which is it? He was hurt, then they said he was at practice, now out

Don't think an outright healthy scratch is needed but he should be demoted to 3rd RB for now. Gibson as the lead back, Henderson as change of pace/3rd down, and then Stevenson only sees the field if someone gets hurt. The players will get the message. Making him inactive would really just be to make the fans happy, but doesn't benefit the team.
If rding the pine inspires him to get his **** together and mend his ways, it certainly WILL "benefit the team."

on top of that, he is a very good pass protector
Weirdly enough he has become a true "three down back". Never would have expected that a couple years ago when he was struggling to catch the ball. IF he can fix his ball security (big if), he's an asset for sure.

This is actually a pretty insightful message from the HC. And it has merit. You bench Stevenson for two turnovers, so who starts? Gibson? He also fumbled in that game. The QB had two turnovers too, is he getting benched? Obviously not.

I think Vrabel is giving everyone on the team a fresh start with him. Everything builds from here. So if Rham continues to put the ball on the ground, the consequences grow. But he's not going to hold Rham to what happened when Mayo was in charge.
