Still trying to wrap my head around them leaving a roster spot open for going on 3 weeks now. Is that just Tavai’s upcoming spot and they’re keeping it for him? But why not try out another player for a few weeks?

Could it be a “break glass in case another team poaches one of our PS guys we value”? Hard to figure out…

Bu-bu-but I thought you were ending entitlement Mikey? You said so yourself at your very first PC after all.

****ing Liar.

But what else should one expect from Mister Loyalty Uber Alles?

This is actually a pretty insightful message from the HC. And it has merit. You bench Stevenson for two turnovers, so who starts? Gibson? He also fumbled in that game. The QB had two turnovers too, is he getting benched? Obviously not.

You ****ing serious?

"Merit" from a HC who's a ****ing Liar? **** that ****.

I think Vrabel is giving everyone on the team a fresh start with him. Everything builds from here. So if Rham continues to put the ball on the ground, the consequences grow. But he's not going to hold Rham to what happened when Mayo was in charge.

"...continues..."

Continues?

CONTINUES?!?

How many more from The Fumbler will be enough for you ****ing mealy-mouthed, limp-wristed fanbois?

The Fumbler should have his greasy-fingered ass SAT THE **** DOWN. PERIOD.

That is how I feel, if we bench Mondre then why not Maye. Before you hit me with because last year, look at Maye last year. They are equally guilty.

Mediocre RBs like The Fumbler: Dime a Dozen.

Starting-caliber QBs: Juuust a little bit more...

He could be a great OG, he could be a great LT.
The point is several fans said he couldn't play tackle. Not that he might be better at OG, but that he simply couldn't play OT in the NFL.

So yes, ridiculous.
Through 3 games Campbell leads the NFL with 1 sack allowed. He's listed as a top 10 OT. And he hasn't even tapped into anywhere near his full potential..

I thought he struggled late last week late. Nick Herbig was able to beat him three times on the final drive. Rest of the game he handled him well but when it came to the crucial drive he did not have a great series.

I think we have the best Left Tackles:
Mailata, Wirfs, Williams, Johnson, Sewell, Darrrisaw, Alt, Slater (Chargers are stacked there) when all are healthy they are better than Campbell and probably will continue to be.
These guys just don't have 3 bad plays in 1 drive like Campbell had.

If you ever draft a guy that is a top 5 NFL LT type like Joe Alt level then switching Campbell would make sense. Assuming that's out of the question Campbell would fit nicely into that next tier of tackles which is fine. Where he falls from 8-20 range of NFL tackles we will see but he can clearly start as a LT in the NFL and be a good player and a giant upgrade from 2024

He's played THREE NFL games. There is reason to believe he can be a top-8 tackle.

Great stuff as always. I believe all those guys are well established and of course tenured in the league. PFF still has Campbell in the top 10 as he's only allowed one sack although giving up pressures. The idea of course is protecting the QB from hitting the ground. As a rookie as all those LTs you mentioned have the same arm length as Campbell and those guys are all great blindside protectors. Campbell has done well and will continue to get better and be in the conversation with those other guys sooner than later. Campbell was drafted as an obvious need and I'm glad we have him I'd hate to see what LT looked like if we didn't have him.

Hey, Gibson has been okay so far, but neither he nor Henderson are built like an every down back.
So, I'm okay with Vrabel playing Rham (just not a lot, and NOT in crucial moments or goal line runs)
Get him in rotation early, and use him to set up Henderson more. But if he even bobbles the ball once, sit him down.

Joe Alt plays RT when Slater is healthy.

Campbell will learn that it's an old veteran trick to always save a rug-pull for a critical drive. Herbig let Campbell overset on the outside then on that drive, started dipping under, using pure speed. Campbell, as he said after the game, needs to trust his hands more.

But let's remember Herbig ain't no chump either. He was easily Philly's best defender in last week's game.

Absolutely! What I think will help him even more is once the running game can consistently get going then he can enforce his run blocking on defenders.
