There’s nothing “analytics” about that call. Going for 2 to try the win the game goes way back. Not sure why people get so worked up about these decisions. If you’re the Ravens, do you trust your defense to make a stop in overtime? Do you trust your backup QB to put together another drive? This wasn’t analytics. Analytics says you have roughly a 50/50 chance to convert.

The only thing I hated was leaving 40 seconds on the clock, which takes a big bite into the “win/lose” proposition of going for 2.

Bills are still the #7 seed, but if Cleveland wins tomorrow night then they’ll take the AFCN division lead from the Bengals, bumping them down to the 6th seed, the Chargers down to the 7th seed and pushing the Bills out of the playoff picture (and the Ravens further out of the playoff picture)
